I booked the experience for my girlfriends birthday as a surprise ? kept it quiet for months until dinner the night before. I knew she always wanted to do it and found the absolute perfect people and place CSH!!! Fantastic, very professional and chilled all the way.
I had never ridden before but Kylie had and we had no idea what to expect. We pulled on our wetsuits, had the assessment in the sand pit, and the next minute we were off, bare back riding down to the beach in the fantastic Cornwall sunshine and feeling super relaxed in good company having a natter all the way. Everything has been thought of, from the grip strips on the sand box to the dismount and remount box at the bridge and Scoobs came with us all the way ?
We got to the beach and after a lil chat from Chris and Maz as to what the plan was we were off, it was absolutely amazing, the sea was warm and calm so surreal we wanted to do it all over again. Our horses Ju Ju and Chippy took care of us from start to finish, Thank you both ? Riding and swimming with such powerful animals is such an over whelming and humble feeling, We still cant stop smiling 4 days later !!!
We just can't recommend CSH and the experience enough and will in Jan 00.01 2021 we will be booking to return !!!

Yeaterday my 12 yr old daughter and I went swimming with horses. It was amazing. Chris, maz and team were really helpful and knowledgable we had the best morning. Big smiles all day.. I have also done a beach ride before which was great too. Horses really are fit, keen and happy. I will be back soon for the moorland ride. Thanks all. Nikki and Eliza.

Wonderful riding experience on the beach
With Chris and Maz we (daughter Kathleen, my wife and I) had a wonderful ride on the beach!
Very well trained horses gave the rider a good response and allowed a "splashing feeling" while galloping at the waterfront.
Many Tanks - wish to come back again !

So in short we came for a swim, followed by a beach ride the next day and I’ve been trying to put into words what this experience is like...and simply put, if you’d like to find stillness and a connection with these magnificent creatures, while having lots of fun and thrills, there is no better place.

My husband had never been on a horse, but Chris’ enthusiasm is infectious and in his relaxed way he couldn’t help but want to get my husband up on a horse and share his passion and that he did. We had a great swim with Chris and Claire (with her warm, knowledgeable way) and our horses, James and JuJu, who even had a swimming race against each other in the sea with us on board. I could go on about the “hellcat” beach ride and experience that I had the following day too, but the fact that I’m still beaming a week later, should tell you all need to know.

Chris is such a generous spirit, the twinkle in his eye says it all. He loves what he does and wants you to experience it too.

Thank you Chris, Claire and Maz! I’m dreaming of coming back.

Absolutely worth the money - I'd even say it's underpriced for what you get. the Mazz, Chris, Claire and Hannah are excellent trainers, truly fantastic people. the hprses are stella too, very well mannered. the bareback ride to the beach is absoutely breath taking and we've not even gotten to the swimming yet.It is so much fun! The horses loved it too. Would recommend to anyone in the area or even far away like myself, truly a once in a lifetime oppertunity and one for the bucket list.
